This is part of, but 2 days past the formal end of Move Beyond Coal's Turn up the Heat on Labor Week of Action in order to help attendance by avoiding clashes with other actions.  The only contact we know of with Raff Ciccone on climate and environment matters is an impolite response from a staffer, and he has been very much in favour of loggers.  There's an urgent need to bring in Labor's promised Water Trigger for shale and tight gas to put the brakes on fracking in the NT, and the imperative for Minister Plibersek to approve no new coal and gas projects.  So we especially need to show our resolve by an action outside his office.  He may be there, as Federal Parliament will have finished for the year. This will signal our determination to keep pressing him next year - this is not over by a very long way!

It will be a peaceful family friendly action. Please wear climate t-shirts if you have them and of course bring home-made placards.  We'll have all else needed including printed placards and a banner and some t-shirts to wear.
