Community stall by Climate Action Merribek doing outreach and education on climate action in Glenroy. We will be asking residents to write a brief personal letter on why they want to see urgent climate action, including:
- An end to new coal and gas projects
- Stopping public money going to those industries
- Reform of our main national environment law to put protecting the climate at its heart.
Letters collected will be delivered to Labor MP Peter Khalil's office on Sydney Road, Coburg at 11am on 10 May 2024
