BREAKING! Whitehaven Coal have announced they will start digging a smaller version of the Vickery coal mine in north-west NSW.

By supporting Whitehaven Coal, NAB is complicit in and enabled the construction of the Vickery mine which will drive dangerous climate destruction and is against the wishes of local landholders and Traditional Owners, the Gomeroi people. 

Whitehaven can't go ahead with a full-scale version of the Vickery Coal Mine without approval from its board. If big financiers like NAB decide to cut ties with Whitehaven because of Vickery it will show Whitehaven's board that digging Vickery and expanding coal is a really bad idea. 

Join us on Thursday morning to take our people powered movement right to the doorstep of NAB's headquarters  and demand they stop funding climate destruction.
