A new report  “Banking Climate Failure” will be released at the end of May and is expected to show that NAB has loaned a staggering $3.3 billion to the coal industry since the Paris Agreement. They invested a whopping $630 million in coal in the last 6 months alone. This is NAB's smoking gun : it flies in the face of the bank’s climate commitments and the science of climate change.

For months we have been asking NAB to end funding for Whitehaven Coal and now it’s crunch time. Whitehaven's massive loan of $110M is up for renewal by the ‘middle of the year’. It’s time to ramp up the pressure on NAB by delivering the report so they can no longer ignore us or it’s damning findings.
